The Cramps – Songs the Lord Taught Us
Songs the Lord Taught Us is the debut studio album by American punk rock band The Cramps. Produced by Alex Chilton, the record blends raw rockabilly, garage rock, surf rock, and punk with horror-inspired themes, creating a distinctive sound that helped shape the psychobilly genre. Featuring standout tracks like “Garbageman,” “I Was a Teenage Werewolf,” and “Sunglasses After Dark,” the album delivers gritty guitars, haunting vocals, and dark humor. A cult classic that captures the band's rebellious spirit and lasting influence on alternative music.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR RECORDS
Always handle your vinyl by its edges and label, avoiding fingerprints on the grooves. Before and after each play, gently clean the surface with a carbon-fiber anti-static brush or a dedicated record-cleaning solution to remove dust and debris. Store records upright in their sleeves, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to preserve sound quality and prevent warping..
