Nickelback - Long Road
Released in 2003, The Long Road is Nickelback’s fourth studio album and the follow-up to their breakthrough Silver Side Up. The record blends the band’s signature post-grunge and hard rock sound with more melodic, radio-friendly hooks. Led by the hit single “Someday”, the album also features tracks like Figured You Out and Feelin’ Way Too Damn Good, showcasing themes of love, regret, lust, and emotional struggle. Produced by Joey Moi and the band, it highlights Chad Kroeger’s gritty vocals paired with heavy guitar riffs and anthemic choruses. Commercially, it was a success—debuting at No. 6 on the Billboard 200, earning multi-platinum certifications, and solidifying Nickelback’s dominance on early-2000s rock radio. Critics were divided, but the album played a key role in cementing the band’s reputation as one of the most commercially successful rock acts of the decade.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR RECORDS
Always handle your vinyl by its edges and label, avoiding fingerprints on the grooves. Before and after each play, gently clean the surface with a carbon-fiber anti-static brush or a dedicated record-cleaning solution to remove dust and debris. Store records upright in their sleeves, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to preserve sound quality and prevent warping..
