Nada Surf – High/Low (Rhino Reserve / Rocktober Vinyl)
Originally released in 1996, High/Low is the debut studio album by American alternative rock band Nada Surf, capturing the raw energy and guitar-driven sound of the 1990s. Produced by Ric Ocasek of The Cars, the album blends alternative rock, power pop, and post-grunge with crunchy guitars, catchy melodies, and introspective lyrics. Featuring standout tracks such as “Popular,” “Treehouse,” “Sleep,” and “Deeper Well,” the record helped introduce Nada Surf to mainstream audiences during the alternative rock boom. While “Popular” became an MTV hit, the album also revealed the band's talent for melodic songwriting and emotionally charged performances. Over the years, High/Low has earned a cult following and remains an essential release for fans of 1990s alternative rock. This Rhino Reserve edition is part of the Rocktober vinyl series, celebrating classic rock albums with collectible reissues.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR RECORDS
Always handle your vinyl by its edges and label, avoiding fingerprints on the grooves. Before and after each play, gently clean the surface with a carbon-fiber anti-static brush or a dedicated record-cleaning solution to remove dust and debris. Store records upright in their sleeves, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to preserve sound quality and prevent warping..
