Lorde – Melodrama (Vinyl) (Pre-order)
Released in 2017, Melodrama is the second studio album by New Zealand singer-songwriter Lorde and one of the most acclaimed pop records of the 2010s. Produced primarily by Lorde and Jack Antonoff, the album blends electropop, synth-pop, indie pop, and alternative sounds while exploring heartbreak, loneliness, self-discovery, and the emotional highs and lows of young adulthood. Featuring 11 tracks, Melodrama takes listeners through the atmosphere of a house party, capturing everything from euphoric moments to emotional vulnerability. Standout songs include “Green Light,” “Perfect Places,” “Supercut,” and “Liability.” Praised for its sophisticated songwriting, cinematic production, and raw emotion, the album earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year and remains a defining release in modern alternative pop.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR RECORDS
Always handle your vinyl by its edges and label, avoiding fingerprints on the grooves. Before and after each play, gently clean the surface with a carbon-fiber anti-static brush or a dedicated record-cleaning solution to remove dust and debris. Store records upright in their sleeves, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to preserve sound quality and prevent warping..
