Released in August 2017 through Hopeless Records, The Peace and the Panic is the third studio album by Welsh pop-punk band Neck Deep. Blending pop-punk, alternative rock, and emo, the album features energetic guitar riffs, catchy choruses, and emotionally charged lyrics exploring anxiety, loss, relationships, and personal struggles. Featuring standout tracks like “In Bloom,” “Motion Sickness,” “Wish You Were Here,” and “Where Do We Go When We Go,” the record helped establish Neck Deep as one of the leading bands of modern pop-punk. With influences from Blink-182 and New Found Glory, the album captures the nostalgic energy of early 2000s pop-punk. This special 2023 reissue features neon green vinyl, making it a collectible release for fans of the genre.
