Jimi Hendrix – Band of Gypsys (180g Vinyl / 50th Anniversary Edition)
Originally released in 1970, Band of Gypsys is a legendary live album by Jimi Hendrix, recorded at the Fillmore East in New York City during performances on New Year's Eve 1969 and New Year's Day 1970. Featuring bassist Billy Cox and drummer Buddy Miles, the album marked a departure from the Jimi Hendrix Experience, blending psychedelic rock, blues, funk, and soul into an electrifying performance. Featuring six tracks, including the iconic “Machine Gun,” “Who Knows,” and “Message to Love,” the record showcases Hendrix's extraordinary guitar work, improvisation, and socially conscious songwriting. Considered one of the greatest live guitar albums ever recorded, Band of Gypsys remains a landmark in rock history. This 50th anniversary edition comes pressed on 180g vinyl with a commemorative booklet, rare photographs, and an essay by music journalist John McDermott.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR RECORDS
Always handle your vinyl by its edges and label, avoiding fingerprints on the grooves. Before and after each play, gently clean the surface with a carbon-fiber anti-static brush or a dedicated record-cleaning solution to remove dust and debris. Store records upright in their sleeves, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to preserve sound quality and prevent warping..
