Hayley Williams - Petals for Armor
Hayley Williams’ Petals for Armor is the Paramore frontwoman’s debut solo album, released in 2020, showcasing a more intimate and experimental side of her songwriting. Moving beyond Paramore’s alternative rock sound, the record blends art pop, indie rock, electronic textures, funk, and atmospheric production while exploring vulnerability, grief, relationships, femininity, and personal growth. Featuring standout tracks such as “Simmer,” “Dead Horse,” “Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris,” and “Over Yet,” Petals for Armor is a deeply personal, adventurous record that highlights Williams’ versatility as both a vocalist and songwriter.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR RECORDS
Always handle your vinyl by its edges and label, avoiding fingerprints on the grooves. Before and after each play, gently clean the surface with a carbon-fiber anti-static brush or a dedicated record-cleaning solution to remove dust and debris. Store records upright in their sleeves, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to preserve sound quality and prevent warping..
